Monthly Networking Meetings

Ways to Get Involved
Quarterly Mentorship Cohorts
Our Learning Cohorts are small, facilitated groups designed to provide women entrepreneurs with peer mentorship, accountability, practical business education, and a supportive community of fellow business owners.
Over the course of six bi-weekly sessions, participants work alongside other women entrepreneurs to set goals, solve challenges, share experiences, and build stronger, more sustainable businesses. Each cohort combines structured learning with meaningful discussion, networking, and real-world application.

Regional Resource Library
The Lab's Library is being developed to provide entrepreneurs with practical tools, trusted information, and local connections to help them start, grow, and strengthen their businesses.
Our Resource Library serves as a one-stop hub for Eastern Oregon entrepreneurs, offering business templates, startup guides, LLC basics, HR and workforce resources, marketing tools, and educational materials for every stage of business growth.
The library will include a curated directory of trusted local business professionals and service providers, along with a regional market and vendor directory to help entrepreneurs identify opportunities for growth, sales, and collaboration throughout Eastern Oregon.

Columbia Basin
Women's Summit
Join us in May 2027, for the inaugural Columbia Basin Women's Summit!
This Summit will be a three-day experience in Hermiston, OR, designed to inspire, equip, and connect women entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders from across the region.
Through dynamic speakers, workshops, meaningful networking, and practical business resources, attendees will gain the tools and relationships needed to grow both personally and professionally.
